Disappointed

Disappointed at the service I got at Steers Chris Hani Crossing, I ordered a full chicken online for delivery at 17:05 Yesterday an HOUR later I went to the store to check my order it was still at the store I left hoping they going to deliver cause the food was not mine hence I specifically paid for the delivery fee. 30 MINUTES later still no sign of steers, I went back to the store the food was still on their counter. I decided to take the food and deliver it myself when I asked what is going to happen to the delivery fee that I paid I was ignored. I didn't expect such experience from such a big franchise, their customer service sucks 😡😡
