Dirty Utensils

I was impressed when I read your hygiene policy. It's a real pity that the same cannot be said when washing the dishes.<br> <br> I was at Steers Diner Estcourt North on 01 Nov 15 07:30 - 08:15. We ordered coffee and breakfast to eat there. When my coffee arrived I was given a dirty s****. I didn't use the s****. I decided to share a s**** with my wife and leave it there. Shortly thereafter the waiter brought the utensils for the breakfast we ordered. One fork was so dirty, there were still dried old food stuck to it. This is the same utensils that came out of a washer and then carefully got assembled by hand with a serviette. Surely somebody must see that half the stuff is still dirty! Where is the quality control! When the manager came to our table she didn't look too concerned about it. This let me wonder about the dishes as well. Once the coffee is poured and the food is in the plate no one can see the dirt.<br>
