"Did not recieve order but recieved my money"

I received an order confirmation at 12:09 after placing an online order. I contacted Steers at 13:18 to enquire where by delivery was. The lady said she will call me back. Feedback on the callback was that there systems were down and they did not get my order, but that they are back online now, and they are preparing my order? How do you send order confirmations if you haven't recieved the order? So you can lose my order but you did not lose my online payment?? I honestly believe someone just forgot about it. This is not on!
