Despicable service, never again will i ever.

I just made an order online for delivery in Soweto from Steers , and in the order made there was a large salted caramel milkshake. When my daughters went to receive the order outside, the first thing they noticed is that the delivery man had a friend with him on the s****** which was unusual to see. Then as they handed over the order, there was no straw for the milkshake to which my eldest daughter asked and they responded by rudely saying there's none there's none, then she went on to notice that there were no salt or sauces for the food , nothing to wipe our hands with and was now scared to ask further.

When the guy handed over the food to the girls, he then immediately spat mucous on the ground right in front of them and kept on using his shoe to rub it on my grass. They did not greet the girls upon arrival not did they say anything when leaving. My daughters were really offended by this service and so was i. I feel like i used my money where i was not supposed to use it, my fries were even so cold, imagine without salt now.

The milkshake is still at someone's house in a freezer now due to part load shedding on my end. The craving i had earlier has now completely faded aaagggg. So much money, what an unpleasant service indeed.

The store called me and acted as thought they don't know who delivered, instead kept asking me numerous times how did they look, how did they sound(voices) and those sorts of questions. Don't they know who they schedule to make deliveries to addresses? my super was ruined....................
