Despicable

Went to steers Clearwater mall, spend 40 mins waiting for three burgers, chips and cold drinks, enquired why I'm still waiting while ten plus other people gets helped that got there after me. After enquiring, no they don't have the caramel for the ice creams. So i asked them if i can get a refund, no, can i get a different flavour, yes sure. Ok but now the ice cream machine is out because we helped all those folks after you who needed ice cream. So I just left with, my now cold burgers and chips minus 40 extra bucks for ice creams. Disgusting service and i wont be going to a steers ever again.
