Despatch Steers

Hi there, Steers in Despatch is absolutely PATHETIC!!!! First of all their chips is burnt most of the time...The loadshedding started at the 5th of January and went off aT 16h00..we walked across the road and the girl in the shop told us they can only serve burgers WHICH i understanable but still nobody was inside the shop...I went out with my dog and they just sat about 200meters from the shop...I asked them if I could order and they told me to go to KFC.....about 10minutes after my husband and I went again and asked for 3 rave burgers.....the 1 lady went out to call them and they took their sweet loving time so I went out to call them.... I think thats absolutely unacceptable..It was ****TY SERVICE . The lady at the total convienient shop and Karen at steers where the only two helpfull people there, thank you guys for your trouble we appreciate it.The restbof the staff needs a wake up call.

If tou have loadshedding put up a notoce amd say closed for the say OR can only make burgers which PLEASE DONT SIGH ABOUT!!!!!! I feel that was PATHETIC!!!!
