Delivery of order placed on 24 July 2019 at 17h12

On the 24th of July 2019 I called Steers Thabazimbi to order take aways from. This call was made at 17h12 and I asked Rose when can I expect delivery. She informed me that they are busy but it will not take longer than 45 minutes. At plus minus 18h36 I made 18 calls to Steers and wanted to know from them when I can expect my food delivery. She informed me that she will find out from the driver and will call me back. On of this 18 calls was to try to find out why she did not call me back and when will the food be delivered. At 18h51 I again called twice to find out whether I will get my food still. The delilvery man only come to my house at 19h15 and he told me that he only received my delivery from the store right now. The food was already cold and messy inside the boxes and that I only picked up after he has left. I really feel that if this is the case when ordering from them I should rather tell everyone else who wanted to order for delivery to stop doing that as you would not know whether you will be able to feed your family or not. This is totally unacceptable - then they should rather informed me in time that they will not be able to deliver as by that time I am sure that I would not be able to get any other place in Thabazimbi that will be willing to delivery food at my house.
