Delivery NOT on time

I have been waiting for 95 minutes for my delivery. The store is approximately 1 km away from my offices. I don't have time to leave my office, cos unlike Steers, I am trying to do my job. I phoned the call centre 3 times, awaiting feedback, then get a call from a driver, manager, whichever, apologizing saying they are now going to make the order fresh. Really? I need to wait longer?
