Delivery and Customer Service Issue

Steers in New Germany, delivered my food to the wrong address. I ordered using the app, and I called beforehand asking them if they have the right address, they assured me that they do. I had to drive out to get my order from where they left it because the driver didn't have GPS, so he couldn't get to my address. I have lodged a complaint twice, and no one has bothered to call to rectify the issue or even apologise for being inconvenienced especially since I had to pay extra for delivery and a driver tip.
