Delivery

Engen Brentwood Park Steers is really disappointing me... I placed an order for delivery at 13:00 it’s now 14:40 and it still not here. My order number is 3 and when I phoned they said it’s not out yet. “I’ve got 15 orders” There is a huge difference between 3 and 15. Why isn’t mine out, but number 15 is? Order is canceled and I won’t quickly order again.
