Delivery 2 hours late !!!!

I ordered online with Steers today, I placed this order just before 1pm and it got here at 3pm(2 hours late!!!!! and way past my lunch time may I add and to top it all it was ice cold. When I called Steers to enquire about this order at 2pm the lady told me that it left and it should be with me shortly and I waited and waited until 2 hours. What kind of service is this Steers???? I am never ever ordering with you people ever again, you sure know how to spoil ones day!!!!
