Delibarate misleading add

I went to steers in sediba area near hartbees poort. 19kilos from my house. Steers has a special for R54 for hawain burger. On the picture is a double burger and chips. Yes it does say from R54. When I ordered I was told the 54 is without chips and single burger. Double burger is almost 74. That is deliberate misleading adverti*****t. I took a picture of the add. Why don't you put a single burger on the picture. Without chips. Steers don't mislead uss with cheap marketing tricks. I went from there to the V8 road house had a full chicken with chips that me and my wife cannot finish for R99 so how are you competitive. Then misleading us with adds. Bad steers bad... Not happy.
