Delay in delivery ***3

I placed an online order at 10:14 am when I call at 10:55 I spoke to Precious she told me that they are still preparing my order, I asked her gore what time they open with confidence she told me 10:30. I asked her why cause the store opens at 10:00 she told me they had a meeting 1st before they can open the shop. I had to be the one calling the shop following up on my order. As I am writing this now is 11:00 I did not receive an order I placed 45 minutes ago. ***3/ steers Mams Mall
