Degrading of staff !!!

I felt disgusted and ashamed for the staff of steers woodmead. As on the 26/05/21 morning around 9:30 &9:45 I saw something appalling. The staff was having what looked like morning meeting and the was a lady standing in the middle which assume is a" Manager " she was shouting so loud at the staff or other members of the team that I was coming by Volpes store and i could hear here!! I feel i was degrading and unprofessional of her. This is what i heard .. when a customer came in and looks on the menu and we don't have this , what are you going to say!! So loud. Seriously did she have any kind of training on how to deal with people?! Or how to address problems and solve them .
