I trust you are well.i would just like to inform u of the service i received from steers this afternoon and to express how dissatisfied we are with the food we received today from steers in cresta

Today was my turn to buy lunch for myself and my 4 colleagues.

We called delivery extreme and ordered 5× 180g riblets with chips and 330ml cans.firstly the riblets are not 180g and the chips we dry,raw and inedible.so we had to throw out the chips and only eat those small pieces of riblets.i was so dissapointed and humiliated because when its they turn to buy lunch they oder proper food which is filling.each me meal costs R72.90 each.so its not like its cheap.plus delivery extreme charged R78.90 for each meal because of handling fee which is understandable.We are still hungry and we had to throw out those under fried chips.we did not get our money's worth.This is ****************.

We feel we need to be reimbursed for this.we order steers burgers once a week and have never received such bad service.

We are dissapointed and appalled by this ****************.
