Dangerous foreign objects on my food

Steers Dainfern sold me a a burger with metal wire in it, when o went to complain they told me they can only assist me with giving me another burger,

This is a problem as I need to check If id swallowed any more of this into my digestive system, this could happen to a child and become a bigger problem that it is for an adult, how would they prevent this from happening and they must pay for me medical expenses for the doctor's visit in relation to this issue, I called customer care and they told me theyll respond in 24-48 hours which I must wait till then to take action
