Customer Service not doing anything

I bought Steers when I got home the order was wrong, I spent R439.90 and the food I received was kids burgers instead of cheese meal burgers in different sizes. I contacted Steers head office *** they got back to me with a reference number: Customer Information Request for - CAS-***-J5Z5V3 CRM:***

And a request for my phone number.. I haven't heard a word from them since. This is money out of my pocket for their stuff up. I spend on average each month R700 at Steers I will be taking my business elsewhere.
