Customer service

On the 4 of June at 5:08pm I ordered steers from watercrest mall for me family. The order only arrives two hours later and cold. I tried calling the store several times to find out where my order was but no one answered the phone. As far as I was aware steers in watercrest mall is open until 9pm so why no phones where answered is a mystery.
