Customer Service and Uncouth Behavior

I went to this branch on Wednesday 13 January 2016 just before 17:00 to order 2 boxes of Wacky Wednesday. I was forced to drive to the branch because no one was interested in answering the phones! When I got there, there were only about 4 customers in the shop, waiting for their orders as there was no one at the counter.<br> <br> Besides there only being one person in the cashier section, the employee had their back towards the door. I understand if an employee is packing a customer's order, but being alone behind the tills without occasionally looking if there are customers wanting to place an order is unacceptable.<br> <br> Eventually, another employee came from the kitchen's side and assisted me in placing an order.<br> <br> Then, another employee came from the back with a 2Lt Coke and an empty bottle and placed it on the counter behind the tills. Then, another employee came from the back with a packet of bread, stood behind the cashier counter and started eating the bread right there!!<br> <br> Surely there are policies in place that prohibits employees from eating behind the cashier counter in front of customers? That's disgusting!!
