CUSTOMER SERVICE

I stopped over at the steers in Florida Goldman Crossing. the teller Penny took my order and advised waiting period 10 min. i have purchased my food at 6pm i received it at 7pm, i was not the only customer waiting that long. however when approaching Penny and her colleague regarding the long wait she had a very bad attitude as in saying that we only on number ..... sorry u will wait. not apologizing nothing of the sort rather rolling her eyes as if we crazy asking what could be taking so long. they have no sense of urgency nor customer service experience. this is the 2nd time this is happening to me at the GOLDMAN STEERS.
