Customer Is Always Right
Today I my phone's battery died, so I figured I'd order a meal and ask the cashier to charge my phone while I eat. She refused, giving some reason and I decided not to buy the meal, so I left. After a while, continuing with other shopping, I realised my card is missing; thinking I must have left it at steers I returned there and asked for it. The lady insisted she'd received no card. My frustrations showed as I expressed there was no where else it could be, but with the steers lady. Trying to explain her ignorance, I finally left very confused, thinking I'm most definitely gonna Hello-peter this Richards Bay Steers. I later found my card to my humiliating surprise and would like to appreciate the "Customer-is-always-right" spirit I experienced today at boardwalk Inkwazi Steers, inspite of being wrong.
