****py Steers Phillipnel Park

So I went to Steers in Phillipnel Park now (Wednesday 20th of June 2018) obviously to get the Wacky Wednesday special. I stood for about 4 minutes in front of the till waiting to be assisted and there was no queue. When the teller finally decides to assist me she tells me that she can't take my order because they ran out of buns. I mean this is a burger outlet, how can you run out of buns??? And on the day that you are having a special?? Couldn't they go to the nearest supermarket to get the buns? And why did they not put up a notice so that I wouldn't waste my time waiting to make an order?? This is totally unacceptable, it's understandable if you run out of tomatoes or lettuce l, but not buns that's the core of your business... ????
