Cornubia Steers closes early on Wack Wednesday

On Wednesday, 21 Nov 2018, I went to the Steers at Cornubia Mall to buy a Wacky Wednesday Special around 7:30 pm. The cleaner refused to allow me to enter the store and said they closed early because not busy. Whilst she is explaining a man comes to the entrance and she rudely refuses him entry. Then he explains to her he is picking up his order.

I think it is misleading to advertise the shop closes at 8 pm when the staff close the shop early, especially on the Wacky Wednesday. The staff are robbing the owner of the Steers of possible business by closing early. They are still getting paid a full day wages. Based on my experience and the other gentleman's, I understand why sales are slow at that shop. The customer service is poor and incidents like this do not attract customers. For example I will not go back to the shop after this incident , possibly many other people like me are out there who experienced this behavior.
