Continually disappointing

I normally buy from steers at the Engen garage in Witpoortjie. If it's not the service that is slow, the food is not fresh/dry/blend etc etc. It is a very convenient take away around the area since I am not a pizza fan, but they disappoint me every single time. Today I bought a wacky Wednesday, I was not asked about the option of beef or chicken patty, and I know for a fact that steers also has options of chicken flavours (lemon & herb, mild, hot), they never offer that service either. The roll is not fresh, the chicken is tasteless and dry, I am seriously disappointed but it was not something unexpected. It's like they just work because they need to be there and need a pay cheque, there is no passion, there is no drive, there is no "I want to do my work to the best of my ability". I have been staying around the area for more than 6 years and this has been going on ever since I can remember. I am amazed at everything. The manager or the owner must really do something, this is unacceptable.
