Conned by Steers

I bought food from steers mid March and my order was incomplete, I contacted them regarding the matter and they assured they will fix it. It took a several weeks to even lodge the complaint because they only responded when they felt like it, even today I'm still waiting for them to contact me. I don't know how people who deal with customers and food everyday fail to do a simple task of honoring customer service, we aren't volunteering when we buy food from you guys. You treat your customers like they are asking for this food when aren't, what is so hard to do what the customer paid for honestly????
