Complete lack of service from Steers Nahoon in East London

I placed an order at Steers Nahoon, Beach Road, EAst London on Thursday 25th February. My children were in the car so I informed the staff that I would wait with them. 15-20 minutes later I returned to the counter to ask if my order was ready I was rudely told yes and had it handed to me. While I never expected the staff to bring my order out to me, I though they would at least wave in my direction when it was ready. I said to the lady helping me shu you could have just waved and she loudly and very rudely (in front of her colleagues and customers ) said I have been calling out 78 lots. This lack of service makes the entire process unpleasant and ruined the rest of the afternoon for me. I wont be returning to the store as I will not accept such rude service and unwillingness to help a customer out.
