Complete and Blatant ripoff from Steers Meerensee, Richards Bay

What a complete let down... After waiting for well over 40 minutes waiting for my families food to be prepared. We get home to find that the Large Chips that we ordered which consisted of about 25 chips in total and a total mass including the cheese sauce and bacon bits and box of 212 grams which we paid R45.80 for was a complete and utter ripoff. Where does a company justify their complete ******* of a client like this...
