Complaint - Steers order deliver more than 3 hours later

Good day,

I order Steers on Wed 04th Dec at 12:25, I was told that my order will be delivered within 1 hour although my office is 10mins away from Steers Zevenwaght mall.

The 1 hour came and gone, I called the store was told they forgot about my order but it will be delivered in the next 30mins. Same thing 30 minutes came and gone.

I called again spoke to the manager and expressed my unhappiness, he said the order will be delivered soon, nope not soon I received my order 15:28 more than 3 hours later. I called the manager again and asked him should I still be paying for these two meals that is now more than two hours late, he said his sorry about that but yes I need to pay it.

I paid and decided seeing that on Monday 2th Dec the same thing happen I didn’t received my order after 2 hours and decided to cancel it I was going to lay a complaint and see how Head office can compensate for this bad service. I am pregnant and having to wait more than 3 hours for food is really poor service.
