Complaint Regarding Online Order Service at Steers Garankuwa

I have been waiting for my order for over two hours, and I’m very disappointed with your service. I spoke to a call centre agent around 4 PM to check on the status of my order. She took my details and promised to call me back, but she never did. I called the call centre again, only to find out that the order was never placed.

If your team is unable to manage online orders effectively, please hand over the responsibility to people who are capable.
