COMPLAINT OF TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY

I am highly disappointed for R300+- later of 2 bugers, 2 milkshakes and a extra chips. The milkshakes were mediums but we got smalls with it not even full and what was in the cup was all foamy. Mind you this was for my sick mother at home and it's even my dad's birthday tomorrow who had the craving for steers famous burgers. The milkshakes tasted nothing like the flavor purchased.

The chips they gave us was all smalls yet the burgers came with regulars and I order an extra medium chips which none of which I ordered I received all incorrectly in size and value. I then paid R115 and R70 for the burgers which was pathetic, messy and dry. We ordered a King Steers and Steers but they gave a rave instead of steers and the king steers was a single pattie or some other burger not what was wanted and super tiny for this price with such a small chips and no cooldrink even is just so poor service. It's very late for me to drive all the way back and this was highly disappointing I will not be going to that branch again and honestly puts such a terrible name to the steers brand let alone making one be put off from steers itself with such horrible quality 💔
