Complaint for Steersvthe Glen for bad client service

i went to Streets the Glen and i received poor service from a lady named Rea or Rea she didn't have a name tag and when i asked for her name she didn't want to give to me. She was irritated because i asked her which burgers are still there asvthey no beef patties for tje kids burgers the lady got agitated and shouted at me telling me to look at the board asbits written.I dont think such people belong in the client service industry because they not friendly and they don't want to be asked of theor products clearly she doesn't take her job seriously and the customers.Can something be done maybe she needs a refresher training of how clients shoupd be treated. Am never going back to Steers the Glen.
