Complaint

I ordered 2 king steer burgers with 2 rack of ribs. I am very disappointed by this because I did an online order which took an hour to get to me. The burgers are very small and is clearly not what I ordered so were the rack of ribs. This is my usual order and I know the standard of how the order should be like. I paid over 400 rand for the food plus delivery and I totally got a wrong order. Steers I am so disappointed as this has ruined my family dinner. Please rectify this. I am considering not using your services again as other burger franchises like Burger King or McDonald's have never disappointesd me this far.
