Complaint Against Steers Norwood for Order Refusal and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order with Steers Norwood and was informed that they refused to deliver my order. Upon contacting them via phone, I explicitly stated that I had utilized a voucher for the purchase and requested that if a refund was to be issued, the voucher value should also be refunded. Additionally, I instructed them to direct any communications regarding the order to the phone number I was using for correspondence, as it differed from the number originally used to place the order. Steers Norwood refused both of these reasonable requests. As a result, I have lost the value of my voucher and did not receive my order. I was provided with no assistance or resolution by their customer service. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against patronizing Steers Norwood.
