Complaint

what a disappointment service and experience I had from Steers Maponya Mall, I bought 3 original king steer burgers with chips which amounted to R299 if not R300. firstly we were not allowed to dine upstairs, so we had to take our order home... which its just 5-8 minutes drive from Maponya mall, when we got home the burgers were so SOGGY, and the chips were not cooked well, (half raw), while we were eating I sent a complaint online. I got a call from Saturday morning a guys **** and said he a Manager from Steers Lanseria, but true caller showed that the number is from klipstrit which is Maponya I advised him about my complain, he said sorry they can offer my Ice cream. I then called their customer care number monday I was promised that the store will call me again, that never happened, I called on tuesday requested to speak to a manager, .... long story short I called again today Spoke to Thato who put me through to Rujay the manager and he told me that customer care cannot resolve my issue and that the store needs to resolve it when clearly that was the reason I escalated this to the customer care, in short Steers, is the worst company ever....poor customer service and quality they provide to their customers.
