COMPLAINT!

To whom it may concern

I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of gloves being worn by food preparation staff at your Ottery branch, this poses a significant risk to food safety and customer health.

I would like this concern reviewed by management as it is unacceptable and disgusting to say the least.

Kindly ensure that your staff are dealing with the preparation of food in a hygienic manner going forward.
