Complaint

I have experienced mediocrity service from one gentleman 4 consecutive times in the presence of his colleagues. Vodacom is running a promotion of winning goodies and I keep on winning the free ice cream that i should claim at any steers now sunnyspark mall being the closest I decided to go there and claim what's due to me. The steers employer keeps on telling that the ice cream doesn't work which is a lie. I hvae figured out that he is lying when i pretended that i will be paying the ice cream instead of the promotional transaction and when he was about to prepare the cone I changed and told him that im claiming the vodacom promotional product he just changed his tune and told me that the machine is not working and i told he that he is lying because all was well when i was going to pay now he is just changing because it is a promotional product and he smiled then i left. absurd behavior and i have lost interest in steers because of that guy and i will keep on telling people about such service
