Complaint

I was at steer jabulani mall to buy ice cream the service I got there was pathatic if I should say so. This person tells me she doesn't have change and i asked her so you not gonna sell me ice cream because you don't have change,her response I quote "do you want me to run around the mall asking for change" her attitude was offish and rude. I don't know whether those people were trained about customer service (Very disappointed)
