I went to buy ice cream for my kids at Steers That is located at Total energies Pierre van Ryneveld yesterday. The boys are 7 at 10. The boys receive their softserve ice however the 7 year old boy's fell as he received his. The cashier saw it and when the boy told him she said 'your mom must pay for another one. The boy cried, I approached the cashier and she told me To pay for another one. I said It could be that it was not put nicely. She responded that the other boys one did not fall so what should 7 year oldest one fall. I responded and said but how is you customer service? You saw the ice fall and the child has not even started to eat. She said it's not her fault and I must pay. I paid for a second one to avoid drama because the were customers buying the same Ice-cream 🍦. What a bad experience especially for a customer that buys these Ice-cream almost every weekend for the boys. It's not that expensive but I hated the tone off voice and disappointed on the kind of service. What if I did not have money to pay for another one? What she did is inhumane
