my sister place my food order @ 5:32pm an hour and 20 minutes later the food was still not delivered whereby we contacted the call centre again to cancel the order. 20 minutes later they still came to deliver the food at this time the food was ice cold when asking the delivery man why it took so long he was very rude and just wanted the money it cost us to drive all the way to Steers and complain there
