Complaint

I bought 3 Mjojo burgers at Giyani steers. And the lady who was preparing the burgers was preparing them without wearing hand gloves. When I went to collect my order at the counter I asked her if she was not supposed to wear gloves when preparing the food. She said no they dont wear gloves with an attitude. I then immediately called the number on the slip and the call center answered, I asked them if food at steers are prepared without with gloves or not, and was told they are supposed to wear gloves. They took my number and promised to call me back. Then the assistant manager called me and started begging me to forgive them saying because it will now be her problem. I denied and told her that I will have to take it up because it will become a habit.
