Complaining

Hi steers walmer port Elizabeth service is horrible I ordered 2x wacky Wednesdays and 1 cheesy jalapeno chips after they kept me waiting for ever they gave me my order as I got home my chips was not in my order , when I phoned the lady told me that I have to come and fetch my chips I feel that is unprofessional that lady that said she is di manager I don't know what is here name but she is screaming at me over the phone this is really not executed please I will appreciate if you can help me with this problem I payd for something I didn't even got.
