complain for a very bad service and bad attitude

I visited the Restaurant on the 11/11/2023 it was my first time visiting the shop i was assisted by Thabiso Victor Mothapo his service was very bad and terrible , i only went to the shop to buy four ice creams i had to wait twenty minutes before being served i had to ask him first what was i waiting for he rep**** very rudely while chit chatting with his colleague and said i will not take your payment until i am sure that the ice cream machine is working , He then asked his colleague if he should take my payment his colleague said yes but instead he threw my debit card on the counter and called another customer saying to that customer come let me serve you because this customer is wasting my time, i requested for the manager to be called i was so shocked to see an employee responding to his manager in such a disrespectful manner, The manager had to apologize to me on his behalf while he continued with funny actions and making fun about his bad horrible service . Thabiso does not represent the company name so well i dont think i will go to steers Nkomo again and it is the nearest to my home the staff need re-training on customer service and to respect their manager. We dont have to drive to mall to get good service while we have store nearer to where we live.
