Complain

I am very disappointed, so I decided to order food online at #Steers because I was going to the mall later on that day I paid and everything only to be told that my order was unsuccessful reason "food unavailable" I've been writing to them regarding the order being unsuccessful and till today I haven't received any communication nor feedback from them. It's exactly 3 weeks and nothing is happening. I wrote to them on Facebook,email and even on their website but still nothing. I am very disappointed the customer service is just poor they don't take customers seriously!
