Complain

Good Evening am writing this complain on behalf of myself complaining about the ill treatment I received from steers staff member from Protea glen mall. I use Absa and I am very loyal to my bank and Absa offered me a voucher to redeem at steers and I went there only to find someone to treat me like trash and telling me that the voucher is useless and he won't redeem it because it's free things. But a guy named Nkosi helped me and redeemed the voucher and I was offered what is due to me
