Complain

I placed an online order for delivery at 1656 and was accepted by the store. At around 18hrs my order had not been delivered. Called the store manager who said I should have called the store after placing the order.... Really, this is something new cause it's not the first I place online orders. At 1840 the order was being delivered and all I got was sorry. This branch is not taking costumers seriously and their service towards us is so pathetic. Why couldn't they pick up the company phone to let me know if they were having challenges regarding delivering my order. It's not the first I get negative service from them buy they would promise to rectify their mistakes and nothing happens. I do online across province's and different towns but steers mamms mall is the worse. They don't take their costumers seriously
