Complain

I am at steers jabulani mall and I've been waiting for 30 mins.. the staff here is not welcoming and I am kind of not feeling like a customer since the floor is so much dirty. The floor is so dirty and it as if it hasn't been cleaned the whole day. I just can't buy food in a place like this. It's just poor and I can't really recommend
