Complain

I would like to lay a complain, last week Wednesday the 15th of November 2023 I went to Steers Musgrave Center in Durban to buy 1 set of Weeky Wednesday R119. I use my FNB card to pay, it was decline on their side but on my side money was out, I was told it was a network issue and the money will be reversed back to my account in 2 working days, well I swap my card again and it was ok.

I went back on Monday the 20th of November 2023 I spoke to the manager she then asked me to send her my card number and my statement, I screenshot and send it to her with my bank card picture, she said it will take another 2days again to get my money back, following day i send her whatsapp and she never open my message, I then called for feedback she said she was sorry but they was no feedback nothing was done, I send her whatsapp on Thursday 23/11/23 again no response, I called and i was told she was not in.

I'm not happy with the service I was given, I was told i will get my money back in 2days but today is day 14 my money is not back to my account.
