Cold Patties, poor service

I and my wife stop at Steers to buy 2x super supper b b brg combo,s. The cashier did,nt ask me if it is sitdown or take away? Me and my wife sit down at table outside from them. After a while the cashier Ellen shout out the order is ready. I went to counter and see its made up as a take away. I was mad for them and I spoke to the manager. He wasn't helpful at all. I left and on our journey we discover that the patties was ice cold as if it was taken out of fridge and then put on, the rib patties was halve low and the whole burger tast awfull. I was always a fan of Steers but not anymore.
