Cold Food, Wrong Order, and Zero Accountability – A Disastrous Experience

I placed an order through the Steers app and was thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. Despite setting the correct location on the map, the delivery driver attempted to deliver to the wrong address. It was only after my wife called the branch that the driver was redirected. By the time the food arrived, it was cold.

To make matters worse, when we tried calling back to report the issue, the manager refused to answer her phone, leaving us no choice but to eat the expensive, cold food.

Adding insult to injury, the order itself was incorrect. I ordered the Phanda Cheese Double but only received a single patty. For what we paid, the quality of the food and the service was beyond unacceptable—cold, tasteless, and poorly handled.
