COLD FOOD & DRIVER DRIVES OFF WITH MY ORDER.

On Friday 22.11.2019 I called Steers Watergate in Mitchell's Plain @ 18h56pm & placed an order to be delivered.I was advised by the staff member that my order has been placed, I received an sms confirming my order & that it will be delivered within the next hour, so in my mind that is 19h56 right?

What followed was just Pathetic, Putrid, Disgusting,Inexcusable service by far, it took Steers Watergate 2h50mins to deliver my order, my order was placed telephonically @ 18h56 & it was delivered @ 21h59 due to an incident that took place which I doubt & which they (Steers Watergate) themselves cant prove but they have take their drivers word who said he was accosted by 5/6 men.

It cost me to call them 14 times in order for me to get my order delivered & to have a family meal, if that was not enough the driver finally came only to drive off with my food because according to him he was scared, REALLY STEERS REALLY? ? ? ?

I HATE STEERS WATERGATE, I'm quite sure their Area Manger/General Manager wont do a damn thing about it just like the store Manager couldn't other than telling me it will be delivered in the next 5 minutes like I believed that BULL **** GENERIC **** they tell everyone.
